Groves to Open for Culture Club at Coney Island Amphitheater 9/8

Up and coming synth/pop group Groves will be opening up for the iconic 80s pop group Culture Club at the brand new Ford Amphitheater at Coney Island on September 8th.

 

Groves, appropriately hails from Groves, TX and consists of consists of Stephen Salisbury (vocals/guitar), Reid Guidry (bass/synth) and Will Smith (drums). The band is inspired by Elvis Costello, Phoenix, Blink-182 and The Beatles. Groves is currently signed to artist development/management company MDDN (formed by Benji and Joel Madden of Good Charlotte, which also represents Jessie J, Potty Mouth and more), Groves marked this year with the release of two new music videos –  Ender” and “Swim  – with a debut album set to come!
