The Pixies Celebrate 30 Year Anniversary of Debut EP with 3 Night Gig at Brooklyn Steel

90s icons The Pixies will celebrate the 30 year anniversary of their debut EP, Come on Pilgrim and their full length album, Surfer Rosa, by playing both albums from start to finish during a three night gig at Brooklyn Steel.

On September 28, 4AD Records will release Come On Pilgrim…It’s Surfer Rosa, the special 30th anniversary edition of Pixies‘ very first release, the eight-track mini-album Come On Pilgrim (originally released September 1987) and the band’s first full album, Surfer Rosa (first out March, 1988). These New York dates will follow the band’s five sold-out Come On Pilgrim…It’s Surfer Rosa celebratory performances at London’s Roundhouse, and three sold-out shows in Mexico City in October and November.  Tickets for the New York shows will be priced at $65.00 (plus fees) with a maximum of two tickets per customer.
